The New MacBook Air Part I : Design

We learned a lot from iPad. The new MacBook Air is proof. It’s designed around all-flash storage for better responsiveness and reliability. It features a trackpad with full Multi-Touch support. And though it’s incredibly thin and light, its large battery gives you portable power that lasts for hours.

A truly mobile device needs to be light, thin and strong enough to take with you wherever you go. It also needs to perform quickly, spring to life instantly and have enough battery power to keep up with you. It should have no spinning hard drive, no optical drive and no unnecessary parts. All of that is true of iPad. And now, it’s true of Apple’s most mobile notebook ever: MacBook Air.

 

MacBook Air continues its legacy of firsts with something entirely new for any Mac: flash storage. Standard. In fact, the new MacBook Air is designed completely around flash storage. But in a totally different way. Typically, flash storage is housed in a package that’s the same size as a conventional hard drive. Yet the flash chips themselves occupy a very small portion of that housing. Getting rid of the hard drive enclosure and using only the parts that matter — the actual flash chips — frees up about 90 percent more space. And just like that, there’s room for other important things, like a bigger battery. Now you have a notebook that weighs practically nothing and runs for hours on a single charge. That’s mobility mastered.

No one knows Multi-Touch technology better than Apple. Introduced with the very first iPhone and taken even further with iPad, Multi-Touch is now part of practically every Apple device. It’s simply the best and most personal way to interact with your software. And the optimal way to experience Multi-Touch on a notebook is through a trackpad. That’s precisely the case with MacBook Air. Now you can perform more gestures than you have fingers on a roomier, all-glass surface that’s smooth to the touch.

If you looked inside MacBook Air, you’d see something remarkable: how much space we devoted to the battery. Apple engineers were able to fit all the computer components on one of our smallest logic boards ever. Removing the flash storage enclosure and placing the flash chips on the logic board freed up even more room. And voila: space for a bigger battery. So you can get up to 5 hours of battery life on the 11-inch MacBook Air and up to 7 hours on the 13-inch model. And when you put MacBook Air to sleep for more than an hour, it enters what’s called standby mode. So you can come back to MacBook Air a day, a week — even up to an entire month later — and it wakes in an instant.¹ Time is on your side, courtesy of MacBook Air.

 

FaceTime Camera

The FaceTime camera inside the MacBook Air unibody display is even thinner than the one inside iPhone 4.

When MacBook Air first debuted, it was ground-breaking in many ways. Chief among them was the precision unibody enclosure. Now that same engineering process comes to the MacBook Air display. Just like the main enclosure, the display housing is crafted from a single piece of aluminium, with all the structural elements machined directly into it. Total unibody construction means a less complex design with fewer parts. That makes MacBook Air exceptionally thin and light, yet still durable enough to handle the rigors of everyday use.

Kerana Bulu Mata Masuk Syurga

Diceritakan di hari pembalasan kelak, ada seorang hamba Allah sedang diadili. Dia dituduh bersalah kerana mensia-siakan hidupnya di dunia utk berbuat maksiat. Namun begitu dia berkeras membantah,


“Tidak demi langit dan bumi,sungguh tidak benar. saya tak pernah malakukan perkara itu…”


“Tetapi saksi-saksi mengatakan engkau betul telah menjerumuskan dirimu sendiri ke dalam dosa”


Orang itu menoleh ke kiri dan ke kanan, lalu merenung segenap penjuru ruang yang ada. Kemudian dia pun menyanggah, “mana saksi-saksi yang engkau maksudkan? disini tiada sesiapa melainkan aku dan suaramu sahaja.”


Jawab malaikat, “Inilah saksi-saksimu…”


Tiba-tiba mata berbicara,“Saya yang memandang,”


disusuli dengan telinga,“Saya yang mendengar perkara itu”


Hidung pun tidak ketinggalan,“Saya yang mencium”


Bibir pun mengaku dengan slumbernye,“Saya yang merayu”


Lidah menambah dengan berani,“Saya yang menjilat dan menghisap”


Tangan tanpa malu meneruskan,“Saya yang meraba dan meramas”


Kaki pula menyusul,“Saya yang berjalan dan berlari semasa itu”


“Nah kalau dibiarkan kesemua anggota tubuhmu akan memberikan kesaksian tentang perbuatan aibmu,” ujar malaikat. Orang tersebut tidak dapat membuka sanggahnya lagi. Ia berputus asa dan amat berduka kerana sebentar lagi ia akan dihumban ke dalam neraka jahannam.. Padahal ia amat berharap agar segala perbuatan jahatnya dapat diselindungi. Tatkala dia sedang dilanda kesedihan, tiba-tiba terdengar satu suara yg amat lembut dari sehelai bulu mata berbunyi, ” Saya pun ingin mengangkat sumpah untuk menjadi saksi dalam perkara ini.”


Malaikat menjawab dengan tenang,“Silakan wahai bulu mata”


“Terus terang sahaja, menjelang ajalnya pada satu malam yang hening, aku pernah dibasahi dengan juraian air mata penyesalan mengenangkan segala perbuatan keji yang telah dilakukan. Bukankah rasulnya telah berjanji, apabila ada seorang hamba yang ingin bertaubat, walaupun sehelai bulu mata sahaja yg dibasahi dengan air mata, demikian itu diharamkan dirinya dari ancaman api neraka? Maka, saya sehelai bulu mata, berani tampil sebagai saksi bahawa dia telah bertaubat sampai membasahi saya dengan air mata penyesalan.”


Dengan kesaksian bulu mata itu, orang tersebut dibebaskan dari neraka dan segera dihantar ke syurga:


“Lihatlah hamba Allah ini masuk syurga kerana pertolongan bulu mata.., maka perbanyakkanlah kita dengan bertaubat dan tangisilah dosa-dosa yang telah kita lakukan dengan air......janganlah kita berputus asa dengan Rahmat Allah....sesungguhnya Dia Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang”?

Kesan Zikir Kepada Otak

Otak hanyalah aktiviti-aktiviti bio-elektrik yang melibatkan sekumpulan saraf yang dipertanggungjawabkan untuk melakukan tugas-tugas tertentu bagi membolehkan ia berfungsi dengan sempurna.

Setiap hari 14 juta saraf yang membentuk otak ini berinteraksi dengan 16 juta saraf tubuh yang lain.

Semua aktiviti yang kita lakukan dan kefahaman atau ilmu yang kita peroleh adalah natijah daripada aliran interaksi bio-elektrik yang tidak terbatas.

Oleh itu, apabila seorang itu berzikir dengan mengulangi kalimat-kalimat Allah, seperti Subhanallah, beberapa kawasan otak yang terlibat menjadi aktif.

Ini menyebabkan berlakunya satu aliran bio-elektrik di kawasan-kawasan saraf otak tersebut.

Apabila zikir disebut berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf ini menjadi bertambah aktif dan turut menambah tenaga bio-elektrik.

Lama-kelamaan kumpulan saraf yang sangat aktif ini mempengaruhi kumpulan saraf yang lain untuk turut sama aktif.

Dengan itu, otak menjadi aktif secara keseluruhan.

Otak mula memahami perkara baru, melihat dari sudut perspektif berbeza dan semakin kreatif dan kritis, sedang sebelum berzikir otak tidak begini.

Otak yang segar dan cergas secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi hati untuk melakukan kebaikan dan menerima kebenaran.

Hasil kajian makmal yang dilakukan terhadap subjek ini dimuatkan dalam majalah Scientific American, keluaran Disember 1993.

Satu kajian yang dilakukan di Universiti Washington dan ujian ini dilakukan melalui ujian imbasan PET yang mengukur kadar aktiviti otak manusia secara tidak sedar.

Dalam kajian ini, sukarelawan diberikan satu senarai perkataan benda.

Mereka dikehendaki membaca setiap perkataan tersebut satu persatu dan mengaitkan perkataan-perkataan dengan kata kerja yang berkaitan.

Apabila sukarelawan melakukan tugas mereka, beberapa bahagian berbeza otak mempamerkan peningkatan aktiviti saraf, termasuk di bahagian depan otak dan korteks.

Menariknya, apabila sukarelawan ini mengulangi senarai perkataan yang sama berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf otak merebak pada kawasan lain dan mengaktifkan kawasan saraf lain.

Apabila senarai perkataan baru diberikan kepada mereka, aktiviti saraf kembali meningkat di kawasan pertama.

Ini sekali gus membuktikan secara saintifik bahawa perkataan yang diulang-ulang seperti perbuatan berzikir, terbukti meningkatkan kecergasan otak dan menambah kemampuannya.

Oleh itu, saudara-saudaraku se-Islam, ketika saintis Barat baru menemui mukjizat ini, kita umat terpilih ini telah lama mengamalkannya dan menerima manfaatnya.

Malang bagi mereka yang masih memandang enteng kepentingan berzikir dan mengabaikannya.

9-jauhi rokok dan perokok!! Asap dia tu faktor utama!

11-Byk makan buah

 

12-Air masak kne minum skurang2 nya 8 gelas shari

14-Bersenam, beriadah..sgt bagus
